Ingredients

1 (1-1/2 lb) boneless beef round roast
2 tbsp Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Hy-Vee steak seasoning

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub roast with mustard and seasoning.

Bake uncovered until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees, about 45-60 minutes.

Remove from oven. Tent with foil and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
