Ingredients
Preparation
Combine diced tomatoes, olive oil and minced onion in a 2-1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring frequently.
Blend tofu and soup in blender until creamy. Add to saucepan. Heat through. Do not boil.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Serve with chopped fresh basil, if desired.
