Peanut Butter-and-Apples Quesadilla

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, divided
2 (7-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortilla shells
1/2 apple, cored and sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices
Powdered sugar, if desired

Preparation

Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter over each tortilla. On one tortilla, lay apple slices and top with remaining tortilla, peanut butter-side down.

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and brown quesadilla over medium-high heat, flipping once. Cut into 4 wedges.
