Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. Place flour in another shallow dish; place egg whites in a third shallow dish.
Dredge pork in flour, dip in egg whites and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork to pan. Cook for about 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Spray surface of chops with cooking spray; turn chops over. Cook another 3 minutes or until cooked through.
