Lower-Sodium Easy Muffuletta Sandwich

Ingredients

1/4 cup Hy-Vee light Italian reduced-fat salad dressing
2 tbsp Hy-Vee chopped black olives, drained
2 tbsp chopped Hy-Vee green olives
6 Earthgrains 100% whole wheat thin buns
1/2 lb Di Lusso deli sliced low-sodium turkey
1/4 lb sliced low-sodium cheese

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine Italian salad dressing, black olives and green olives.

Spread half of the olive mixture in each half of bun, pressing down gently.

On the bottom half of the bread, layer turkey and cheese on top of the olive mixture. Cover with top half of bun.

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
